Stan Steele, singer/guitarist/songwriter, got his start performing in the clubs of Asbury Park, NJ and all along the Jersey shore. He played with great musicians such as Southside Johnny, Danny Federici & Vinny Lopez of the E Street Band. Later on, Steele started working at the well-known recording studio, The Power Station in New York City and worked with Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, Pat Benatar, Stevie Ray Vaughn and Keith Richards where he was an in-house studio guitarist and engineer. Then Steele met Jon Bon Jovi at The Power Station and recorded on Bon Jovi’s debut album. Steele now has his own studio and performs with the 70s tribute band, FM Gold Live. Now featured within FM Gold Live is his special Peter Frampton tribute, “Something’s Happening”. Steele has been a long time fan of Frampton since childhood and it is an honor for him to pay tribute to his music. FM Gold Live’s audiences are also entertained with other 70s nostalgic classic rock hits.
